If you are going to be travelling up to a week before you require delivery, please make sure we have a suitable number to reach you on.
Please remember that we are unable to deliver alcohol. So, if you have included it on your order, we would be delighted to get it ready for you to come and collect.
What happens next?
Once you submit your request, one of the team from the General Store, will call you, between 24 hours or one week, before your requested delivery date.
We will check all the details with you, tell you our cake and pie varieties to choose from (if ordered) and let you know if we need to make any substitutes. We will confirm the total cost of you order, and take payment from you. We accept Mastercard and Visa only. If you would like to pay cash on delivery, you must be at your home or rental when we deliver. If you're not, we will have to take your order back to the store, and we will keep it here for you, ready for collection. If we haven't been told otherwise, and you haven't been in to collect within 24 hours, we will have return items to the shelves, and any perishable items will have to be charged.
