All our Delivery and Collection Information!
We hope to ensure that our online process is as simple as possible. We are a small, local, store, that strives on exceptional service, so although we have detailed the information below, if you have any specific requests or questions, please get in touch, either using our inquiry form on the left, or call us directly on +1 (941) 779 9200 and we will do everything to help you.
At the Checkout, you will be asked to fill in our form. Please complete this form carefully, making sure that we have all your necessary delivery instructions and contact details.
Free delivieries are applicable to the City of Holmes Beach and Anna Maria. A delivery charge of $5 will be required for delivery within Bradenton Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our home delivery service any further than Bradenton Beach.
We have 2 available delivery slots per day. 9-11am and 2-5pm. This is available Monday through Saturday, all year round.
When we receive your order, we will, using your contact information, call you directly, to run through your requirements. We will call you between 24 hours and one week of your delivery or collection being due, and dependent on when the order was placed. Therefore, if you are arriving on vacation, but will be travelling during the times we are likely to call, please ensure that you leave us with a contact number that we will be able to reach you on.
We will, at this time, advise you of any out of stocks, potential substitutes, or issues relating to your order. If you have ordered any of our freshly home or store-baked goods, we will let you know which particularly varieties we hae for you to choose from.
We will confirm with you the total cost of your final order. Tax is applicable on some of our products at a rate of 6.5%. We will advise you of those, calculate the total cost of the order when we call you and before we take payment.
We will double check your delivery address and delivery dates/times required. Or, if you would prefer to collect from our store directly, please let us know what date/time you will come to pick up.
Store opening times:
- Monday-Thursday 7am-9pm
- Friday & Saturday 7am-10pm
- Sunday 8am -7pm
The General Store is open 7 days a week 365 days of the year (hours may change on Major Holidays).
We can also take payment at this time, using a valid credit card. We only accept Visa or Mastercard. If you would prefer to pay cash on delivery, we will still need a valid credit card, to confirm the order, but no payment will be taken.
If you have not pre-paid and you are not at your home/rental when we arrive, we will return your order to the store ready for you to collect within 24 hours. If after 24 hours you have not been in to collect, we will return your goods to the shelves, but will have to charge any perishable items to your credit card.
If you have pre-paid your order but will not be at your home/rental at the requested time, please either give us instructions on where to leave your delivery (inside porch, round back, with neighbor) using the form provided or call us directly. If we have no instruction and no obvious place to leave the goods, we will return them to the store and call you to let you know they are available ready for collection.
We do ask for a minimum 48 hours notice for all delivery requests. And, orders can be placed as far in advance as you wish. We will phone you between 24 hours and one week before delivery or collection is due, for payment. If you are arriving on holiday and are travelling for up to a week prior to coming to Anna Maria, please ensure you leave a relevant cell phone number for us to be able to reach you before you arrive.

We are unable to offer alcohol for home delivery. But, if you include it on your order, we are still able to deliver your groceries etc, and keep your alcohol order at the Store ready for your collection.
